How much is shipping and where can I ship to?
For a limited time we are offering free shipping on all our journals New Zealand wide. Currently we do not ship outside of New Zealand and only offer our digital version.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 1-2 working days once we have received the order and payment.
How do I purchase a digital journal from your store?
To purchase a digital journal, simply browse our collection on the website, select the journal that best suits your needs, and follow the checkout process. You will receive a digital download link upon successful payment.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return a journal if I am not satisfied?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you encounter any issues such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for assistance.
How will I receive my digital journal after purchase?
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link for your digital journal. This link will allow you to access your journal immediately after payment confirmation.
