Such a beautiful journal! It would make a lovely gift or a beautiful keepsake for yourself. It has some lovely prompts that really get you reflecting - I didn’t expect it to make me think so deeply about myself. The quotes and mandala pages are beautiful and a nice way to take a moment for a mama’s wellbeing at the end of a busy day (or week). Definitely recommend
This Journal is probably one of the best ive seen. I love the different daily prompts that helps me reflect on my day because im really not great at Journaling. I found it really therapeutic and helpful with tracking my cycle to the weekly colour in pages. This journal is really unlike any I've ever seen on the market. I have really enjoyed writing each day and taking a little time for me. I've learnt alot more about myself because of the daily prompts that I probably wouldn't have put too much thought into without having the prompt.
Such a beautifully thought out journal. I’m the sort of person who loves having something physical to write things in so this is just what I need! It’s going to be perfect for me this second time round postpartum and will give me that 5 mindful minutes to myself each day 🥰
I have just started using my journal and already love it! I really enjoy the weekly habit tracker and ability to tick off its completion each day - it’s an incentive + holds me accountable. The weekly journalling gives me a moment to myself each day as well as being able to reflect on achievements / things I need to work on. It’s also a great size!
